The project is located between Lebuhraya Tebrau and Jalan Wadihana, a prime location within 3km radius of the city centre of Johor Bahru. This luxurious 38-storey high-rise condominium consists of 432 apartment units.
The whole building was meticulously planned to achieve maximum cost efficiency. No structure transfer floor is needed through its two towers are sitting directly on top of the car park podium.
The building structure is adorned with simple fenestration as part of an important feature of the building façade.

On the ground, two distinct concierges one for each tower are provided to serve the visitors with two separate entrances and exits, one from the busy Jalan Ampang and the other from the more discrete and private Lorong Mayang at the rear.

This is a high-end low density residential 30-storey tower block housing 2 units per floor accessible with individual lift lobbies which are next door to the iconic KLCC Twin Towers. The facade is of simple geometric forms consisting of solids (walls) and recesses (balconies).
The ground floor has common facilities such as a lounge, gym, swimming pool with barbeque facilities in a landscaped setting with a reflective pool that forms a prominent feature at the tower entrance.

Suasana Sentral condominium is part of the KL Sentral mixed-use development. It is conceptualised as an urban oasis comprising of two 38-storey point blocks centred around an extensively landscaped resort-like water garden on a 6-storey car park cum communal facilities deck.
The image of the building is uncompromisingly modern, urban and refined. It emphasises the interplay of simple, linear forms with bold curvilinear elements. The overall massing is envisaged as sleek towers dramatically representing the ideals of modern high-rise urban living.

Tivoli Villa is a Garden Condominium project situated on undulating terrain with rocky ground in Bukit Bandar Raya within the neighbourhood of Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.
The Villa was planned as a garden condominium concept on a plot of 11 acres. It provides plenty of landscape areas to enhance the garden villa concept.
The Villa is a gem of architectural and landscape splendour. A beautiful marriage of soft and hard landscape of the residential complex with splendid fountains and suggestive water displays reflects an Italian Renaissance garden concept.

156 Units High-rise Condominium development at Jalan Maarof, Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. Menara Bangsar is one of the pioneer condominium developments in the exclusive residential area of Bangsar in Kuala Lumpur.
Several site constraints lie a sloping terrain, a large monsoon drain traversing the site, and an adjoining arterial road) were resolved in the design by incorporating two tower blocks interconnected by a podium car park, thus freeing the rest of the site for recreational facilities amidst the retained natural terrain and greenery.
The twin-tower design emphasises the ease of access and mobility within the development where the apartments and car parks are directly connected to the ground-level recreational areas via the lifts.
