Plaza Arcadia, a mixed development of 4 storey shops, offices and SOHOS, is located at Desa ParkCity Town Centre – a venue for trendy living in Kuala Lumpur. Plaza Arcadia is envisioned to be an upmarket, trendy, pulsating commercial centre with open-air arcades and elevated landscaped courtyard shops.
The unique feature is that this development is comprised of eight building blocks all interlinked with covered walkways creating landscaped public spaces between buildings culminating in producing a vibrant commercial ambience. This is a collaboration project with JRDV Urban International, USA.

MyTown Shopping Mall
This project is located on Lot 20004, at the junction of Jalan Cochrane, Jalan Shelley and the Cochrane MRT Station - a 5 - minute walk to Bukit Bintang and Jalan Tun Razak.
The project sits on an 18.04-acre site with a development combination of 4 storey Shopping Mall and 4 storey Elevated Carpark. The concept of "MyTown" portrays simplicity, convenience, professional operation and uniqueness.
The definition of "My" means ownership, taking possession and having personal and special feelings for something. The definition of "Town" is an urban area, a place of good connectivity with parks and a town square for living, working and playing within a close-knitted community.

One Cochrane Sales Gallery
This sales gallery and show units for One Chochrane Residency is located at Lot 1246 Jalan Cochrane.
It function as an information hub that provide spaces for promotion of One Cochrane Residency residential units which also provides meeting and discussion spaces for the public to experience One Cochrane balance living concept. Its large green compound offers outdoor spaces for promotional activities and events.
Other than exhibition area, the gallery is also incorporate the sales and marketing office within the building.

Sandakan Harbour Square
This is an award-winning Urban Reclamation project to redevelop a new Town Centre for the city of Sandakan, Sabah, to capitalize on its unique waterfront location. The central idea of the design is the creation of the new Town Square as the focus of the development and urban contribution to Sandakan.
Landscaped pedestrian streets and malls are used to link together the various development components. A Waterfront Promenade lines the entire seafront of the development, creating a variety of experiences and exciting spaces that free-flows to the Town Square.
A low-rise Festive Resort architectural theme was adopted throughout the development, to harmonise & integrate into the existing scale of Sandakan, respecting the existing urban skyline.

Bangsar Village
This building is completely refurbished and redesigned from an existing building that used to be a departmental store to a family-oriented suburban shopping mall in the heart of the Bangsar Baru Commercial Area.
The building structural frame has remained largely untouched including the roof. Essentially the main shopping mall entrance has been relocated to face the busy Jalan Telawi 1 instead of Jalan Ara.
This Bangsar Village 1 is meant to be part of an overall shopping experience linking up with Bangsar Village 2 by an elevated air-conditioned dedicated pedestrian bridge over the Jalan Telawi 1.

Bangsar Village II
Bangsar Village 2 is designed to complement Bangsar Village 1 (linked by an elevated and dedicated air-conditioned pedestrian link bridge) as an overall family-oriented suburban shopping experience. However, the retail theme for Bangsar Village 2 is more upmarket, accented with high-end fashion shops.
These high-end shops were meant to build on the retail market of the trendy eateries and shops within the vicinity of this shopping mall at the Bangsar Baru Commercial Area.

The Curve
​
The Curve, the first open-air lifestyle pedestrianised shopping mall in Malaysia. Sprawled over a 13 –acre site with a net lettable area of approximately 652,000 square feet, the Curve comprises a two-level basement car park with a three-storey shopping mall and a 12 storey hotel – The Royale Bintang Damansara.
The concept of the Curve was inspired by the need to break the traditional big-box shopping mall design and the growing trend in outdoor dining and themed landscape features.

E@Curve - Cineleisure
​
e@Curve, formerly known as Cineleisure Damansara is a purpose-built entertainment-themed mall next to its sister shopping centre, The Curve at Mutiara Damansara. The architectural concept is similar to Cathay Cineleisure at Orchard Road, Singapore, where the primary design intent is to appeal to the youthful generation.
The architecture and interior design blend the movie/shopping experience and the building is anchored by a state-of-the-art 16 screen cineplex. Retail planning for the shopping floors is based on the endless loop concept, centred around 3 main atriums.
E@Curve / Cineleisure

Bangsar Shopping Centre
​
The shopping centre comprises four retails levels with parking spaces in the 2 basements. A foyer space, which serves as an area for promotional and exhibition activities, greets one upon entry to the shopping centre.
The external facade has been kept plain to provide a simple backdrop, in keeping with the surrounding residential environment, and for easier interfacing with any extensions in the future. The original building was designed by Arkitek MAA in 1994 and the subsequent renovation and annex were done by GDP Architects.
The smooth and simple treatment provides a neutral background that does not conflict with but emphasises the billboards that the various tenants have on display.
The stepped landscaped terraces, on either side, soften the structure and reduce the building mass by bringing it down to the scale of the surrounding residential environment.

Sogo Shopping Mall
​
Pernas Sogo Shopping Complex is one of the larger single department stores in Malaysia. The 10-storey Pernas Sogo Shopping Complex has three basement car park floors. The main public entrance is located along with Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman.

This has been emphasized through the use of features such as canopy and curtain wall along this façade, the provision of a very large concourse space and extensive see-through glazing that allows people to glimpse into the entrance atrium.
​
The design has incorporated two attractions in the building. One is the Global Harmony Clock located at the main entrance atrium with “Bunga Raya” chandeliers. The other unique feature is the incorporation of a waterfall inside the building.

Mahkota Parade
​
Mahkota Parade was designed to be a one-stop shopping destination not only for the whole state of Melaka but also act as a regional attraction for the neighbouring states.
​
The straightforward internal planning features two parallel malls with anchor tenants and attractions on each end of three levels. The main atrium at the centre acts as a reference point as well as the main vertical circulation core.
​
The design intention is to create a shopping mall that has a resort feel but yet responds to the surrounding context which has historical significance and heritage.
